Drug Dealers - Gulity of manslaughter

Additional Information

All drug dealers (sellers) know that the drugs they are selling are eventually going to kill the people who buy them. This makes them guilty of manslaughter.
A new law should be introduced to the effect of “ANY PERSON FOUND GUILTY OF SELLING DRUGS SHOULD GET AN AUTOMATIC CUSTODIAL SENTENCE OF AT LEAST 10 YEARS – with no early release.
Eventually this would slow if not stop the sale of drugs.
