The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
The petition does not specify what action should be taken to address the issue of alleged missing postal votes.
The Government has said that it does have plans to enable expatriates who have lived abroad for more than 15 years to vote in UK elections. It's therefore not clear what action you would like the Government to take that is different from what it is already doing in this respect.
