For 'The F.A.' to appoint the next England football manager by popular vote.
The last twenty years of dreadful appointments, leading to dreadful performances from the World's greatest footballing power-house and inventor of the game say it all.
There is not a single, solitary England fan who wouldn't rather 'the wisdom of the crowd' choose the next manager than the F.A.
