Petition against controlled parking zone in Banbury Park / Billet Road Area.
London borough of Waltham forest are looking to make Banbury Park / Billet Road area into permit holders only parking.
To obtain a resident permit you will have to pay on average between £12.50-£215.00 a year. For those working in area you will need to pay between £205.00-£910.00 a year.
Also, those dropping their children off to school will need to pay on average £21.00-£150.00 for a 15 minute drop off / pick up permit.
If you would like to speak to your child's teacher and exceed the 15 minute permit you pay for, you are at risk of being issued with a parking fine for the amount of £65.00.
This is totally unacceptable.
