To remove the copyright laws in communal rooms in sheltered housing .
if you live in a sheltered housing building , and want to watch a video / dvd in the communal room with other residents you have to pay a copyright fee of over £400 a year these people are all over 75 all have tv licences for there flats so why should they have to pay to watch in the communal room .
Stop robbing the retired , old aged person and start giving a little back .
