Empty black bins once a week in summer and hot spells.

Petition Details

I, like many others suffer during the summer and sometimes other seasons with fly and maggots in my black bin, even though I have it cleaned after every empty. I think the government should force councils to empty the black bins once a week during hot spells to reduce this.
