Allow voting for 16 year old and above
I believe and others do too that a 16 year old can be mature enough to vote on his or her future. Many work and deserve the right to vote. We want to encourage engagement in politics and the young are showing that they want their voices heard.
Scottish referendum proved that it can engage and number of under 18 voters were promising.
Decisions in the past are critical for young people including the UK referendum on European union.
We cannot let our future down.
