Theresa May must apologise for policies developed while Home Secretary
She should apologise to thousands of wrongfully deported students. She should apologise to non-EU spouses who had to leave the UK because their partner earned under £18,600. She should apologise to Tier 2 skilled workers being forced to leave the UK for earning under £35k, and their families.
She has refused to release court records that prove the students were wrongfully deported. She refused to prosecute high-profile journalists accused of phone hacking, one of which worked for the Government. She tried to ban WhatsApp.
She introduced laws that mean 36% of migrant primary teachers and 9% of migrant senior school teachers will be forced to leave the UK, due to the Tier 2 settlement threshold of £35k.
She opposes the Equality Act 2010. She has argued against the Human Rights Act.
