UK financial institutions are seeking special considerations for "Passporting"

Continued EU Free movement should apply to all or Government call 2nd Referendum.

Additional Information

UK PM David Cameron indicated resign October 2016 refusing to consider 2nd EU Referendum.

4 million UK citizens have signed second referendum petition.
