To Zero rate VAT on DOMESTIC Gas and Electricity

Additional Information

To remove value added tax from household gas and electricity bills.

As these utilities increase due to price rises VAT increases pro rata. 0% rating would give some help to the family income, and the HMC and E are receiving increased revenue from the supply companies and would not lose any revenue.
