Make an EU passport scheme for UK citizens part of the leave negotiation.
As a result of the EU Referendum 64.1 million people are set to lose their rights as members of the European community. 48% of people who voted in the referendum to retain membership of the European Union are being forcibly stripped of their identity without a clear majority being established.
