Legal aid rules are incompatible with the Human Rights Act
Legal aid rules deny justice to the vast majority of the citizens of this country.Only rich people and those with an income 30% below the national average wage or on benefits can get access to justice without risking bankruptcy or losing their homes.This breaches the Human Rights Act.
