Zero Tolerance on drinking while driving
To reduce the shadow of doubt in most drivers minds, reduce the amount of alcohol in a persons system while driving to Zero.
That way nobody would need to worry about having 'just the one' and then driving.
If you drive, don't drink, would be the campaign slogan.
