Petition Action

Conduct a new legal referendum without factual distortions

Petition Details

Based upon a distortion of truths during the referendum, some half truths and, in some instances, outright lies by all leading campaigners during the run up to the original referendum which was undoubtedly reflected in the outcome of the final voting

Additional Information

During and since the referendum there are some instances of untruths or distortions spoken by campaign leaders. The referendum is open to a legal challenge as the campaigners obviously presented distortions, untruths and even lies. The existing referendum result must be null and void as the British people were misled and Article 50 Lisbon Treaty not applied for under the circumstances.
The immediacy and gravitas of this request is self evident
