Stop the police giving 3 points per wheel and loosing your license.
3 points per wheel could loose your license. The chances are that they would go bald at the same time if your tyres were originally changed at the same time. The offence also covers other laws regarding wheels like the distance the wheels protrudes from the arch, stretched tyres etc.
