Have general elections before allowing party members to become prime minister
I have always found it un-democratic and worrying that a member of the government may be nominated prime minister without the vote of the people once the current one stands down. We would like to have a general election to nominate the next party to lead the UK under such circumstances.
The direction of the UK in the world at present is uncertain and lacks strong leadership to guide it through.
The people vote a party in on its message, policies and most importantly for public opinion is its leader. We cannot allow whoever is chosen within a party to take the UK in the direction they feel right without the consent of the people.
