Article 50 should be triggered by the prime minister at the time of the vote
It's David Cameron's duty to trigger E.U. article 50 not the next prime minister, that would be passing the buck.He was prime minister when the E.U. Referendum vote was cast so as such it's his Job to trigger it and it should be done immediately.
