parliamentary and monarchy devolution
This e petition calls for the government to either, devolve some of its powers to the monarch, thus creating an absolute monarchy, or ask the monarch devolve her remaining powers to the uk parliament, thus making the monarch a figurehead only. This might also make parliament have to hold a referendum on the issues.
