Create a new tax banding for those earning less than £150k

Additional Information

The Government should create a 30% income tax band to fit those who earn over the threshold for the basic 20% band but significantly less than the maximum £150k for 40% tax.

the difference betweent the taxable bands is currently disproportinate with a £35k difference up to basic rate and then a £115k difference for the higher rate.
