Remove the Local Government Ombudsman and others for being unfit for purpose.
The LGO refused to investigate allegations of serious abuse regarding adults with a learning disability in social care because I am not a service user or carer.
Shocking figures of abuse against adults with learning disabilities in Liverpool and Cheshire West, which were not reported to outside authorities and Cheshire for being less than honest to the Freedom of Information request for figures they provided, for the last ten years.

We can't accept petitions about appointments, which includes petitions asking for people to be removed from their jobs.
In any case, the Local Government Ombudsman is independent of the Government and Parliament.
