Driving test re-test for 70 year olds

Additional Information

At the moment a driving licence expires on your 70th birthday. Three months beforehand a renewal notice is issued automatically. There is no retest! This is not acceptable! A licence is a privelege NOT a right and if a person fails to meet a minimum standard of road safety they should not be allowed to drive. Road safety is the priority. A driving test to prove a competent standard of driving is essential.
Safe Driving For LIFE.
