No vote for over 70s if 2nd EU referendum as they will be unaffected by result.
Persons of 70+ years are unlikely to be affected by any changes a referendum may bring due to the length of time any such changes will take to administer. The 70+ vote is likely to influence the future of younger citizens of the UK, possibly in a harmful way.
