A referendum be held which asks people to rank various options for Brexit.
The Leave campaign did not set out a plan about what was to replace EU membership. It would be undemocratic for one option to be selected by the government without confirmation by the people. People should be asked to rank preferences. One of the options should be to remain in the EU.
