Creating Adults NVQ's

Calls from many Businesses are calling for more adults to be highly qualified, so it can help their individual business to grow & succeed.

I would like the Government to introduce Adult NVQ's for those that have been unemployed for a maximum of 3 months, the current level of time at 12 months is too long.
