stop the downgrading or closure of C.O.P.D, asessment unit at ROYAL BLACKBURN HOSPITAL LANCASHIRE
this unit has been operating since may and has been downgraded twice already.
now rumour has it that this unit may be closed.
my wife has recently required the services of this unit and the treatment she has received has shown the N.H.S in this department and the other agencies that are linked to it at their very best.
this unit should not be allowed to close and it should be upgraded as soon as possible.
i would like the government to take action to make sure this excellent service remains operational.
