Trigger an General Election automatically when the Prime Minister steps down

Petition Details

In both 2007 and 2016 elected Prime Ministers stood down leaving the position open for their party to select a new leader of our country, following the introduction of the Fixed-term Parliaments Act 2011 this means we have to wait 4 years for an election, this is undemocratic and wrong.
