A 2nd referendum be held on EU membership if leave campaigns promises aren't met
the campaign to leave the EU made specific promises that; there be no immigration from the EU following the UK's exit & continued FREEDOM of TRADE with the EU & that the result would not cause a RECESSION in the UK. If any of these occur then the result may have been different had the voters known
