Call a new EU referendum and allow EU-born migrants employed in the UK to vote
There are 2.2m EU-born migrants officially employed in the UK. As they directly contribute to the UK economy, they should all have a say in the referendum. The parliamentary franchise fails to give a voice to people whose lives are directly impacted and the 1975 precedent is irrelevant 41 years on.
