Introduce politics to the primary curriculum for year 7 above for involvement

Petition Details

64 per cent of young people did not vote in the EU referendum due to high levels of political disengagement and changes to the electoral registration system. Turn out in local and general elections has also been low for young voters 18 to 24s.
To tackle the issue voters need to learn about politics

Additional Information

Sky Data
who got through our final #EUref poll turnout filter by age group:
18-24: 36%
25-34: 58%
35-44: 72%
45-54: 75%
55-64: 81%
65+: 83%
As you can see young voters are the least likely to vote but as they get older they see the benefits of voting. The purpose of this course would be to enfranchise young voters to vote sooner.
How to do this is for young voters to learn about all the political parties, policies, history and what they stand for and also how each party could effect there life
