Let individuals choose to retain their EU citizenship in exchange for a tax levy
We'd like the UK Government to explore the possibility of individual British citizens being given the option to retain membership of the EEA and/or their EU citizenship in return for a tax levy towards either body. It's hoped the option to 'opt back in' would be beneficial for all parties.
