Protect British soldiers from prosecution if Chilcot recommends it.
If the Chilcot report recommends British soldiers should be prosecuted over their actions in the Iraq War, we believe they should be spared such prosecution.
Our brave boys were ordered to fight an illegal war on a tissue of lies.
Politicians should face prosecution, not trained soldiers.
The Chilcot Report is finally being published.
We believe that all soldiers should be exempt from prosecution even if Chilcot recommends it.
They were sent to war by an incumbent Government.
Soldiers fight for Queen and Country, irrespective of the political hue of the Government.
Politicians should be the ones to face prosecution, not our brave soldiers.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
The Chilcot Report has not been published, and did not make a recommendation of this kind.
