Strip Govia Of Their Francise Agreements (Great Northern, Southern, Thameslink)
The shocking service provided by Govia is so bad I believe that they no longer fulfill the terms of service for their francise.
Quite often services are delayed or cancelled especially to make up for any lost time. The trains and stations are dirty and old. Information for disruption is poor.
