Non Public funding of deportees legal defence when appealing against deportation orders

When appealing against deportation the taxpayer must not be expected to pay the legal expenses of a foreign person who has been ordered to be deported from UK. All legal expenses for an appeal, including fees for interpreters must be paid in full by the deportee, a charity or by donation from a third party.
