Additional Information

If we do not stand up people WILL die! Recovery is the most important part of the process to keep people alive and save mothers, brothers, sisters, fathers from losing a loved one. If we do not provide ongoing support many people will return to addiction and be stuck in this cycle which means MORE crime and MORE cost to society! The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. Drug and alcohol services in Staffordshire is the responsibility of your local council.

You could raise your issue with a local councillor, who represents you. You can use this page to find out who your local councillors are, and how to contact them:

Your local council also has a petitions process - you can find out more about it here: www.staffordshire.gov.uk/yourcouncil/petitions/Home.aspx
