Appoint a Minister to maintain all the rights of UK citizens resident in the EU
As all Long-Term UK citizens living in the EU were refused a right to vote in the recent referendum, that will affect their residential status, a specific Ministry must be created to uphold all their acquired rights during the article 50 negotiations.
