Transfer ownership of Southern Rail to Directly Operated Railways
Southern Rail has run this franchise into the ground through gross incompetence by running deteriorated rolling stock, causing bitterly acrimonious labour relations, cancelling and running late services wantonly and foisting unbelievable excuses on the public such as dishonetly blaming the unions.
