Make the BBC use the cast from 'People Just Do Nothing' to present Top Gear.
Give license payers good value for money by using the Kurupt FM Crew as they will be a lot better than Chris Evans - taking top gear whilst presenting top gear, hot boxing, burn outs & police chases is just the start.

The BBC is an independent body governed by a Royal Charter. Under the terms of that Charter, the BBC is operationally and editorially independent of government and there is no provision for the government to intervene in the BBC’s day-to-day operations.
