Additional Information

Given the relatively poor turnout for Westminister and Local authority Elections and the recent election regarding the changes to the voting system. Should we not now introduce a Compulsory Voting System, which if introduced sensibly would then allow for the government of the day to be elected with a true majority of the electorate
