Stop the Bin collections going to 3 weekly instead of every 2 weeks.
We are already over run with street litter making our towns look untidy, in some areas vermin rule the streets and hygiene is a concern due to over spilling bins.
Our councils are notifying is that bin collections are changing from every 2 weeks to every 3, it's already a strain so what are the councils thinking?
