MPs and MEP must have a minimum attendance at their respective parliament.
MPs and MEPs are paid a good salary to represent the people that voted for them. Some Have shocking attendance rates at Parliament and clearly are not carrying out their duties. Nigel Farage has indicated he will not attend the EU Parliament any more, he should not be able to draw salary, expenses.

You could start a new petition calling for a minimum attendance rate for MPs in the House of Commons.
