Make all forms of non-medical genital mutilation of minors illegal

Petition Details

Any genital mutilation (GM) of boys and girls, even if they supposedly give consent, should be made illegal.

Additional Information

GM for religious reasons is particularly heinous as it permanently marks the child as a member of a religion into which no child can be born only inculcated.
