Change of schools admissions policy for children born after the 15th of August

Additional Information

Many children who struggle in school throughout their academic career are also the youngest children in their year group.
This petition aims to give parent or carers of children born on or after the 15th of August the choice to enter their child/children to full time education on the September after their 4th or 5th birthday.
The government would have to change the schools admissions policy of local authorities to give parents of children born after the 15th of August the choice of when their children should start school.
