Hold a second referendum on whether the UK should implement Article 50
It is clear that people were mislead prior to the EU referendum. This means that of the very small majority of 4%, many are now regretting their choice. A referendum to decide whether to implement Article 50 would give voters an opportunity to decide on the basis of facts, not lies.
