Stop clubbing to death puppies and kittens used in laboratories.
Make the Government continue with their current practice of euthanising animals not required in laboratories and not adopt the new EU regulation which says it is acceptable (and cheaper!!) to club to death unwanted puppies, kittens and other animals no longer required by the labs. "A pecussive blow to the head" is NOT acceptable and should not be used in Great Britain.
