Stop the HMRC phone number being a premium rate and make it free.
This number is mainly used by people on a low income, elderly people on pensions and those that are registered disabled.
It's charging the people that are less fortunate and really can't afford it.
And average call to the tax office I have found has been 30minutes minimum
