Enable a general election to be held within the next six months
Currently the fixed-term parliament rule means a general election cannot be held until May 2020. Recent events have created much disquiet in the country, and the choice of a new Prime Minister has been decided by an incredibly small minority of the population. The nation should decide who leads us.
