Re-run the EU Referendum. "Leave" misled voters - we don't pay the EU £350m/week

Petition Details

The referendum was not fair and should be declared invalid because “Leave” prominently used false figures to stir up loathing of the EU. The EU doesn’t take from us £350m/week as Leave claimed on their bus and posters. The true net figure is about £136m/week or under 1% of government spending.

Additional Information

We would have had to pay £18 billion in 2015 which is, indeed, about £350m a week BUT off that you must take the rebate of £5bn a year that Mrs Thatcher negotiated, £4.5bn farm subsidies and regional aid for poor areas of UK and £1.4bn of EU funding of UK Scientific research. That comes to £7.1bn a year or £136 million a week.
