Reconsider 'Brexit' if no cohesive & uniting plan is in place by September 2016
The post-referendum result has profoundly damaged UK social, cultural and economic status.
Currently UK gov has no Brexit plan. Moreover, minority far-right are using the result to legitimise racism.
Gov. needs to consider negative sociocultural impact of decision may outweigh popular vote.
