Procure the Government to adopt Geraint Davies's private member's Bill.
Many false and misleading claims were made during the campaign which deceived people who were not able to judge the issues dispassionately.
These gross misrepresentations at the very least justify a second referendum to determine whether the result is truly the settled will of the people.
37% of the eligible electorate voted to leave, which means that 63% did not.
Many quite simply were duped into believing extravagant promises which were unachievable, and on which the polititians concerned backtracked afterwards.
Referenda are not binding.
The sheer magnitude of the consequences already being felt is too great to allow the fundamentally flawed result to be implemented without at the very least clarification of the settled will of the people, or a free vote in both Houses.
