Petition Action

Disabled Scooters need the same right on Footpaths as London and made Equal.

Petition Details

London should Not be any different than other Cities or Towns, the Disabled Must have the same right as London and Made an Offence to Obstruct a Footpath everywhere, I have seen these Scooters stuck trying to get around cars/vans blocking their way, they can not be expected to wait for the Police.

Additional Information

Parking on the Footpaths in many areas have become the Norm with Lazy and Selfish drivers, the Law should be Equal everywhere for the Disabled and Not just London, people with Pushchairs also have to go around Blocked Footpaths with small children and the Blind and aged, this puts Road Safety at stake and where people get hit, as in its name a Footpath Must be for people on Foot Only and Not Parking on.

Let's protect and get the Law changed as per London which is part the Same. Safer Roads.
